About Lou and Rick

Lou Primak has been responsible for securing and overseeing simultaneous projects as an Operations Manager, Area and Client Relations manager for significant General Contractors and Developers as well as leading execution teams on large scale and complex projects from customer relationship inception through preconstruction services and culminating in successful project management, execution, close out, commissioning and the LEED Certification process.


Mr. Primak has become an authority at developing and building relationships through effective business development strategies and by networking with industry and real estate development professionals, trade partners, subcontractors and design consultants throughout the West.

Rick Nichols, has over 20 years in executive leadership roles. His career began at AlliedSignal, followed by 10 years with the Terex Corporation. As President of Terex Cranes and Materials Processing and Mining, he had responsibility for over $2.3 billion in annual sales.


Rick is an accomplished leader, with a record of building, growing, and turning around businesses across an array of commercial and industrial segments. He quickly identifies and delivers value creation through customer and brand recognition, new market development, and operational and supply chain optimization. He has a down to earth demeanor, and a gift for understanding and motivating people. Rick is as comfortable in a board room as he is on the shop floor. He graduated in Engineering from ASU, and has a Masters in International Management from Thunderbird.
